Lately I have realized how important rest is. I used to be extremely heath conscious to the point of being a little too conscious. Over the last couple of years I have gotten relaxed about what goes into my body and how I treat it but today I came home and literally passed out from exhaustion.
It is funny because I used to live with my aunt and she was always telling me I needed to slow down and take care of myself. Of course stubborn me never listened.
Over the past couple of weeks I have been trying to make small changes in diet and exercise just to get my health close to were it used to be.
There is one thing that I kept missing and that is getting enough sleep. And that is my new challenge, saying no to late nights and sleeping. I want to live a long life and this is the way to start that process.
