Things are looking up for us. I can’t say why exactly but I am feeling hopeful. We received some pretty upsetting news recently and we are trying to move past it. But, it has honestly been a struggle. We are two months away from being homeless and the stress of it all is driving me crazy but somehow I feel calm.
I know that God is going to take care of us. I know things are going to turn around. Maybe it is the spirit of the holidays that is causing me to be positive but I don’t think so. I feel good things coming along. Just around the corner!
In the wise words of the bible and recently quoted to me by my mother-in-law:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
